Our toddler pillowcases will fit pillows that are 13" x 18" (and even 14" X 19" with a more snug fit), but are made specifically for the Little Sleepy Head pillow which is 13" X 18." Theses cases are made for a looser fit than our traditional cotton pillowcases for maximum snuggles! Super easy to wash and dry, as it will NOT shrink! Our cases are made with care by men and women right here in the USA. It is not always easy to do, but we are proud to say we are doing it!
