About Security:
User may have concerns about the security to use such internet camera. The most probable reasons may be due to simple camera ID and using default password without change. our App will keep reminding you of changing the default password or simply password until you have changed it.
About Video Recording：
If the camera fails to connect to your Wi-Fi, please check:
1) if you input the correct Wi-Fi password;
2) if you select 2.4GHz BUT not 5.0GHz network;
3) If your Wi-Fi security is WPA or WPA2, BUT not WEP mode;
4)contact the seller for help.
About Extra Alarm Sensor：
You can pair the extra alarm sensor to this camera, just like door/windows sensor,PIR body motion sensor,smoke sensor and other,when the sensor be triggered, the camera will push a message to cell phone in real time,then you can open APP to get live video from camera, to found or record what happen.
