Directions:
Add 1 teaspoon of Gynostemma to 8 - 12 ounces of hot water. Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes. Please note, the longer you steep it, the stronger the tea will be. Also, you can re-use each serving 2 or 3 times. Refrigerate in between uses.
