In our company, all products start with a focus on hair care. While cotton is a great material in many aspects (and we use it in our products), it tends to be hard on hair, crimping, frizzing and drying it out. That's why we've only kept it on the outside of our hats. The entire inner part of the cap is Satin-lined. For those who might not know, satin is a type of weave (not a raw material), more complex than the standard, plain weave, used for making fabric. Satin is gentle on your hair and skin, helping them to keep moisture. It reduces wrinkles, hair breakage, gives you lots more control over frizz, prevents bed head and causes less cuticle roughing.
