Fitting Instructions: Insert ear plugs. Then, place center of the band at the top of the head at hair line, centering it. Pull both sides down and over to completely cover ears and then down to the back of the head to the nape (bottom) of the neck and fasten with the Velcro closure. Ear band should be snug but comfortable and mold to the head. **Do not place the head band down low on the forehead, it will slip and be ill fitting.** With a couple of practice runs you will have a perfectly fitted ear band!
