Read below to use the diffuser better or solve a problem.
When First Use
1. Sponges filter need 30 minutes to absorb enough water then transfer to the top machine, you can drop a water on the top outlet to activate diffuser
(If diffuser suddenly stop work, drop a water will be also helpful).
2. Any aroma diffuser include a filter sponges wick will require water-solubility essential oil and clean-water, because oil and dust will block the filter then diffuser stop work.
3. Make sure you car power source can provide enough voltage(min 13.5V), otherwise steam will weak and hardly to smell aroma.
4. Touch control, colorful light is oil diffuser work mode(intermittently work), blue light work mode means only water will go out.
Suddenly Stop Work?
If your diffuser is blocked by oil or dust and stop work, try below steps:
1. No water or keep work more than 2 hours? the diffuser will auto stop.
2. Drop a water on the top outlet to activate, maybe helpful.
3. Start car engine to make stronger power source and do not plug any other device in USB ports.
4. Filter sponges maybe blocked, replace a new filter and clean the machinne, then try to test again without any essential oil.(refer to our pictures to operate.)
5. Still not work? send us message for full refund and no need return.
