This bottle is made for use in two stages. The top chamber of the bottle contains the white base coat. It is going to appear dull and flat once it dries. The bottom chamber of the paint bottle contains the clear coat and the pearl flakes. This adds the gloss and the pearl to the area being touched up. Please remember to SHAKE WELL before applying both stages of this paint. The quality of the finish relies on a good mixture. Thank you for your interest in this product!
