The Cotton and CoolMax® fabric employs specially-engineered fibers to improve "breathability" compared to natural fibers such as cotton.

Diamond Quilted Pattern is sewn into the pad to keep the fill from shifting or bunching to ensure a great fit, a stretchy knitted skirt is used all around. Deep pockets accommodate all mattress depths up to 18". Easy to wash and care - Machine washable. Tumble dry low.

This cooling mattress pad is not an air conditioning, so you won't have the feeling of lying on ice. Some of its materials and manufacture technics enable it to regulate moisture somehow away from the skin and give fresh air between the skin and mattress pad, making the sleeper feel a little bit drier, more comfortable and cooling, compared to the regular mattress pad.
