Golden Milk is so good and good for you. It is an incredibly comforting drink. Enjoy in the evening to relax or add to your smoothie or coffee in the morning. Golden Milk is good any time of day. It is delicious right out of the bag, just add water and simmer in a pot or add hot water and stir. For a more creamy drink add, more mix. To liven it up, add your favorite spices or for a touch of sweetness, add some honey- its good any way you fix it. You can add it to your smoothies, soup, tea, whatever you can imagine. Black Pepper is added to aid in absorption of the Turmeric. Turmeric has so many incredible health benefits, but is a fat soluble. The Black Pepper helps with this and Coconut Milk is a natural fat which also helps the absorption and makes this ancient drink taste fabulous. Enjoy!
