Please Read User Manual carefully or down load it on Technical Specification 1.Please make sure to use high quality standard hdmi cable or coaxial cable to connect devices stably.(Cables are not included)2.Our hdmi to dvi converter supports DVI-D digital output, does not support DVI-A analog siginal. Many older tv output is DVI-A signal, so there will not work at all.3.When you find there is no video or audio output, please try to change another monitor or cable to test.
