Used to keep underground lawn sprinkler heads visible and safe from lawn mower tires, etc... When one can see the sprinkler heads during routine lawn maintenance, they can avoid running them over with the tires. Made from a light but very durable flexible material. Doesn't sink, crack, or float out of its intended position after being installed. Requires much less maintenance long term.
