EASY TO USE: Inset the batteries pull the probe away from the thermometer body. The LED screen will turn on. You can insert the tip into the food 4-7 seconds and you will have an accurate temperature displayed. Press the light button, blue back light is available for 5 seconds to let you read clearly although in dark. If you want to have voice function, pls press button to vice broadcast the current temperature. When you're done simply flip the probe back and hit the off button.
