Pillow Tips:

Side Sleepers:

Use a firm pillow to support your head and neck in the right position and to fill the space between your head and the outside part of your shoulder.

Stomach Sleepers:

Use a thinner and softer pillow to keep your head and neck in alignment.

Notice A Smell?
