* Why do I have to cover my webcam?
The Laptop webcam, which we always face can take videos of us without our consent causing problems such as hacking or malfunction. You can easily search related news articles or find victims of webcam hacking. There is also a recent article that states that a CEO of an SNS company and a director of FBI cover their webcam as well, highlighting the importance of a webcam cover.

* It seems to be a little pricey. Why is it so?
It was produced using precise CNC (Computer Numeric Control) design where computer programming is used in prototyping and full production for cutting, carving, machining and milling in aluminium.

* Doesn't the product move side to side after it is attached?
STEAGLE1.0 can be smoothly open and close by sliding, but it does not move on its own as long as it is not moved through artificial means.

[In relation to the defective products]
We performed quality inspection for we received several feedbacks about the adhesive tape falling apart. As a result, we were able to allegedly state that 1 out of 10,000 products can be defective.

To respond to this issue, we have replaced the adhesive tape with much stronger tape as well as tightened our quality control.
