Microwave Method:
1) Flatten the gel pack in the microwave.2) Wrap pack in moist cloth or paper towel, and place pack in the center of clean microwave turntable (not touching the sides)3) At 750W power level, heat for 20-30 seconds. If the pack doesn't feel hot enough for you, proceed to heat the other side for 10 seconds at a time. (STOP heating if it starts to expand likes a balloon. Please do so with caution or pack will burst/leakCOLD APPLICATION:
1) Place the pack in freezer or refrigerator at least 30 minutes, or until desired temperature it achieved.2) Check the temperature - if it is too cold, wrap with pouch before applying on your body. In cases of severe injury, wet pouch prior to application for greater cold penetration.
