His flippers fasten an elastic buckle that holds him on tight without blocking your faucet's water flow, and an access slot on his back lets shower plungers and diverters slip through for seamless operation. He's also mildew resistant and BPA, phthalate, and PVC free. Even the high-visibility coloring on this little fella is a friendly reminder he's there to bump into, so be careful. He won't mind, though - his lips are sealed.
