Product Use & Care

Remove insulation tape from side of battery to activate
Remove cover from probe tip
Clean probe with damp cloth before use
Press ON button to turn on
Press and hold ON button for 2 seconds to switch between ÂºF and ÂºC
Insert thermometer into food for 5-10 seconds to read temperature
Remove thermometer from food before continuing cooking
Do not touch hot probe after reading and allow to cool before handling
Do not leave in oven, grill, microwave, or smoker
Do not put in dishwasher
Do not submerge in liquid
