This true sturgeon caviar has a lower cost simply because of the volume in which we are able to acquire it. It is often selected to serve to large crowds and at events. Color ranges from grey to light black. All caviar is shipped carefully and safely in our FreshPac insulated, temperature-controlled system. All shipments are for next business day delivery.
