Using the scale is pretty easy. It take a batter which is already included in the scale. Hang the item you would like to weight and it will show you the weight. It keeps the result unless you clear it by pressing the power button. If you hold the power button it will turn off. It shows unit in the lbs but you can switch it over to the kg if you want to. The maximum capacity is 55kg/121lbs.
