4 Steps to install:

1. Slide the cap (circle plate) off from the unit. Slide it upward vertically and it will come off.
2. Release the suction cup by pushing the holder part upward.
3. Once released, firmly push it at the location you wish to mount it to, push the holder part downward  to lock the suction cup.
4. Slide the cap back to the unit.
