1.Can not turn it on?
This is because of low battery.
Please take the tracker out of the band and charge it correctly
with the for metal bars are paired with the four in the USB slot.
(No extra charger was enclosed, any USB charger or adapter will work with it)
P.S.It might need a few seconds for the screen to light up while charging if it is completely out of battery.
2. Can not register?
This might because of bad network or server outage. Please try again later.
3.Can not connect it with my smart phone?
After download the app, Bluetooth it from the app.
If it shows "connected" and "unconnected" repeatedly, please forget the device in your phone's setting.
