Each piece of jerky is then fire-grilled by hand on a 600-degree charbroiler for that real bold BBQ taste. Fragrant Jerky's products are made in a California Health Department inspected facility, shipped in USDA approved vacuum bags with oxygen absorbers within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
