How to use:
1. Place the sharpener on a stable platform, holding a stable non-slip handle, and other hand hold knife. Decided to use one or two steps according to the degree of tool blunt
2. Coarse sharpening: used to repair badly damaged blade, suitable for a blunt tool. Insert the knife into diamond grinding mouth, grind the blade with proper and uniform intensity back and forth, repeat this step 3-5 times
3. Fine grinding: It is a necessary to eliminate burrs on the knife-edge, the blade is polished smooth, bright. Please refer to the above steps. Under normal circumstances, it is suggestted that once a week or daily use to keep your blade sharp
4. Clean the knife with the water or wipe with a damp cloth, then wipe dry; or clean the sharp knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush
