This program picks random lottery numbers. You simply choose one of the lotteries from the drop-down list, or choose "OTHER" for a lottery not on the list. Then click the SELECT button to display a single lottery pick, or you can click the PRINTER-ON button, type in the desired number of picks, and print a page of lottery picks on your computer's default printer. Works with any lotteries that select 1 to 12 numbers from the first pool, and 1 or 2 numbers from the second pool. You do not need any knowledge of lottery or probability theory, and the lottery picks are guaranteed. Your computer will select numbers on a truly random basis. The program utilizes a random number generator built into a programming language incorporated in the Microsoft Visual Studio program development software. When you run "Guaranteed Lottery Numbers", you enter a list of pseudo-random numbers at a point determined by the current state of your computer or by a Lucky Date or Lucky Number of your choice. My program scans this list until you are ready to pick your lottery numbers. The lottery picks are then derived from the next decimal numbers in the list. You are randomly picking numbers from an already-random list of numbers. If you pick significantly better lottery numbers than Guaranteed Lottery Numbers' picks, I will refund the purchase price of the program. "Significantly better lottery numbers" means that the winnings from one list of 50 lottery picks using Guaranteed Lottery numbers, compared to the winnings from one list of 50 lottery numbers picked by any other means, will be at least 75% of the winnings from the "other" lottery numbers. The guarantee is void if the winnings from the 50 Guaranteed Lottery Picks total more than $5,550.00 or if the difference in winnings ("other" total winnings compared to "Guaranteed" total winnings) is less than $55.50.
