How does the product work?
GEMPLER'S Rust Converter chemically converts rust into an inert, black protective barrier which also acts as a primer, the treated surface can then be painted over using an oil-based paint in just 48hrs. Alternatively the treated surface may instead be left unpainted if not exposed to direct weather elements.

How to use:
Simply use a wire brush to remove loose or layered scale and rust, then apply GEMPLER'S Rust Converter with a regular paint brush or sponge. No sandblasting, heavy scraping or grinding is necessary. Apply two coats for optimum coverage. Irregular, porous or textured surfaces may require more applications.

Coverage:
One gallon covers up to 500 sq. ft. on a smooth surface.
