How to use: Measure 10 to 20 grams of chopped ginseng root per cup of tea. Add the ginseng and other teas or herbs into a cup. Pour hot water over ginseng and allow it to steep for 15 minutes. Add sweetener and it is ready to drink! You can also boil chicken with ginseng and other ingredients for 2 hours to create the famous ginseng chicken soup.
