LAUNCH CReader 8001 is a small-size multipurpose abs srs scan tool, equipped with a 4.0 inch TFT LCD screen.
It provides full OBDII/EOBD diagnostic functions for most 1996 US-based, 2000 EU-based and Asian cars and also the following reset functions: Oil reset, EPB reset. In addition, this scan tool supports ABS and SRS diagnoses to facilitate all-around car detection.

Functions:

1. ABS & SRS Diagnoses
ServiceⅠ – retrieve codes to figure out the problem areas that may cause the ABS or SRS warning light to turn on;
ServiceⅡ – clear those trouble codes within systems after repairs to turn off the warning lights on the dashboard;
ServiceⅢ – read live data streams with color graphical display to help you get an easy analysis on ABS & SRS.

2.Oil Reset & EPB Reset
ServiceⅠ – Oil reset function allows you to turn off the oil service light on instrument panel. You can change oil yourself, and use this OBD2 code reader to reset the service mileage so it can recalculate.
ServiceⅡ – Electric Parking Brake (EPB) reset function means that you can set brakes after disc or pad replacement to ensure the identification of new components and that EPB system work as well as before.
