Operation:
Step 1：Put the scale on the flat level surface.Please do not use it on a carpet as it may affect accuracy
Step 2:Step on the platform.The body weight will be on the LCD display after few munite for caculating.
Step 3:The Scale will turn off automatically in about 10 seconds when stepping off.
When to use:Recommended Time for measurement: in the morning after getting up or 2 hours later after meals.
