A: Different from other bluetooth devices, like bluetooth headphones, it could only be connected to your phone in the app. The process is: 1. open the app; 2 connect your phone with the device in the APP.

Q: My car model is not listed!
A: You could add the car model by inputting the parameters (only about 4 parameters is needed) of your car.
