There are dozens of mistakes a home buyer can make that will impact their lives as long as they own the home on which they take a mortgage. The author wishes that every person that is considering on financing the purchase of his home reads and understands the entire process of securing that financing. Those mistakes can cause problems in many forms. Those problems can last the life of the mortgage, even as long as 30 years.
