This handy Kitchen + Home food holder keeps fingers and knuckles away from sharp blades on slicers and graters. When gentle pressure with a thumb or finger is applied to the top button, prongs on the holder secure any size fruit or vegetable, or piece of hard cheese or meat, and allow the entire length of the food item to be sliced.
