Hailing from the villages of West Africa, these beautiful African waist beads are modeled after traditional Ghanaian coconut beads. Each set measures approximately 34-40" in size, and can be shortened to your liking by removing beads. Also known as vulcanite beads, these beads were traditionally made using recycled phono records cut up in a sequin-like fashion. Available in a variety of colors and sizes.
