9 out of 10 stokes are useless if angle is not consistent.
You either not touching the edge or you are rounding it.
With Wedgek every stroke is right.
You only need to make 2 or 3 strokes per side to restore sharpness.

Consistency in maintaining angle is very important.
This is not easy with using only your hands and eyes.
