To calm digestive upset, add 1-3 drops to your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil or lotion and apply to the abdomen topically in a clockwise motion. When minor skin injuries occur, mix 1-2 drops with a teaspoon of carrier oil or lotion and apply to the affected areas to help relieve and reduce redness.
