DIRECTIONS:Â Take a soft tape measure (verify first that it is accurate by comparing to a metal tape measure or ruler), wrap around your wrist making sure it is snug but not tight, that is your wrist circumference. Please order the closest 1/4 inch to your wrist circumference at checkout.
