This set of 3 ravioli molds from Metaltex USA Inc. is perfect for making raviolis, dumplings, empanadas, pierogis, pastries, desserts and appetizers. Set includes 4", 5", and 6" diameter molds. Whether you use homemade or store bought dough, these presses are simple to use. Use the flat edged side to cut out the perfect size dough, then flip the mold over so the crimped edges are facing up, and place the dough on top and add your fillings. Grab the handles and raise together to press and seal the dough together to create the perfect half-moon shaped pocket. Clean with warm soap and water.
