Rose is a lonely young woman living in St. Louis with her wealthy and snobbish mother.

One evening, Rose's mother tells her that she has received word from her ex-husband who has sent wishes to know his daughter after being missing for many years.

Rose is shocked and excited. But when her mother refuses to agree to her ex-husband's wishes, Rose receives helpful information from an old butler. Against her mother's wishes, she leaves for Snow Valley, Montana.

But trouble quickly follows. As soon as Rose arrives in Snow Valley, a blizzard strikes; trapping Rose in a hotel with a handsome cowhand, a funny pastor with a secret past, a man who appears to be her daddy but refuses to admit the truth, and a deadly killer.

As the blizzard settles in and the night begins to grow, Rose is thrust into a storm filled with love, fear, danger, faith and prayer. Before the storm ends, will Rose find love, uncover the truth about her daddy, and face down a deadly killer whose taste for revenge is unquenchable?
