How to set the right time
Power on with 4*AAA batteries(not included). Or a standard 5v USB cable/Android phone charger cable(not included).
Press "SET"
The year will flash, press "MEM" to adjust and "SET" to store.
The month will flash, press "MEM" to adjust and "SET" to store.
The hour will flash, press "MEM" to adjust and "SET" to store.
The minute will flash, press "MEM" to adjust and "SET" to store.

Star to use
Press "SET", the people 1 or people 2 will appear, press "MEM" choose one
Press star/stop to start measurement.
The blood pressure monitor will store your measurement result automatically. 2 users, 90 groups data.

Memory reading and clear
Press "MEM" button to read different measurement
Press "SET" 6 times, the "CL" will appear, press stop/start. The "CL" will flash three time, means the memory has been cleared.
