Product features include velcro chin strap on hat, hanging tassels, elastic on mitten wrist. Several colors available: Black, navy, royal, charcoal grey, red, light blue. 4 sizes available: 3-6 months; 6-18 months; 2-3 years; 4-7 years. For infant sizes 3-6 months and 6-18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For larger sizes 2-3 years and 4-7 years, the mittens have thumbs. Not all colors available in all sizes. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
