Make your life a little easier, get a poncho! We went through over 12 different sample sizes before landing on this perfect fit: arm holes that don't leave you exposed (no "side boob" problems) but still offer plenty of room to get in and out of. It's long enough to keep your "nether regions" covered when you lift up a leg to change, but not too long to hit the ground on shorter people. It also features an extra large head opening and hood to keep you cozy and make it easy to take on and off. Plus a pocked on the front!
