Shy young bookworm Bailey has never made friends easily. Now a move to a new state has left her with nothing to do but read. When her beautiful older neighbor Sara invites her to join her book club, she's nervous about sharing her insights and thoughts with a group of older more experienced women, but still eagerly agrees.

She's surprised and a little embarrassed when she finds out they unwind at the end of each meeting by acting out a scene–she's never been one to perform–but the book club is so much fun that she reluctantly joins in.

As the chosen material becomes more risqué, Bailey begins to suspect that the women may have had an ulterior motive in asking her to join. But her growing infatuation with Sara keeps her coming back for more. And by the time Bailey discovers the huge and shocking secrets lurking between all their legs, she's more than ready to lose herself in a good book.
