Using a pie iron is easy and versatile. Just place it in the coals and cook until toasty. There are times when it's nice to have a firm cooking surface over the wood or coals and that is when Rome's Pie Iron Grilling Stand comes in. The steel frame has a number of crossbars to keep the weight down yet provide a flat support for up to 4 pie irons at a time. Folds flat and even fits inside our #1998 pie iron bag for storage.
