Using Method
Cold Application
Freeze it in the fridge about 1-2 hours before your application, if the temperature is too low for you, please cover the gel pack with cloth or towel. And the kids skin is sensitive, better not to apply it too much time, 10-15 minutes is OK.
Heat Application
Microwave the gel pack about 10-15 seconds with intermediate fire based on 700W. And better not to make the bands touch the microwave oven. It lasts work for 20 minutes at a time.
Besides, you can warm it in the boiled water 4-10 minutes not boil in the pot, but please check the temperature every 1 minute. If the temperature is too high for you, please cover it with cloth or towel. Please do not overheat, which will cause the gel pack burst. If the gel enters your kids eyes, please clean the eyes with clean water and see a doctor timely.
