They are delicious and moist, and provide an on-the-go treat. These nutrient dense snack cookies are low GI, low cholesterol and are free from gluten, wheat, soy, dairy and nuts (except coconut). They are plant-based ingredients only and only contain 4 to 5 grams of sugar per cookie.
