Installation Instruction:

- Disconnect power to the outlet by turning the circuit breaker off or removing the fuse at the electrical panel .
- Remove existing outlet cover and replace with this product using a screwdriver and the supplied screws. Make sure not to over tighten the screws as this may cause the outlet cover not to slide freely .
- It may be necessary to adjust the receptacles for proper fit.

Installation Safety Information

Installation of this product requires temporary exposure of your electrical outlet. For safety sake, we highly recommend children to be kept under adult supervision in another room during the installation process. DO NOT leave any uncovered electrical outlet unattended.
