What can I blend in the blender bottle?
Inside the 28 oz bottle is a special stainless steel ball that is designed to blend and whisk up various types of drinks. For protein blends, just measure the amount of milk and powder you need and mix the ingredients in the bottle; Voila! You have a smooth and properly mixed protein blend. You can also make fiber drinks, dressings, scrambled eggs and even pancake mixes inside this blender bottle. Please note, the blender ball in the bottle cannot blend pieces of fruit.

Can I drink straight from the bottle or do I have to pour it into another cup?
Our BPA and phthalate-free, blender bottle comes with an ergonomic design which allows you to directly drink from the tapered spout. The flip lid has been especially designed to stay open while you drink and NOT close onto your nose. If you chose, you can pour your drink into another cup just by removing the screw on lid.

Can this go in the dishwasher?
Yes! Our bottle is dishwasher safe making it easy for you to clean and use the next day. So much easier than cleaning out your electric blender. Quick tip: To make sure your bottle stays fresh even after placing in the dishwasher: add a teaspoon of baking soda to warm water and leave overnight or use lemon juice to give your bottle a fresh smell!
