- MOUNTING AND INSTALLATION SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Always inspect the grinding wheel before use. Look for visible cracks, chips, or other signs of damage. Do not attempt to enlarge the arbor hole or modify the wheel in any way. To check for hidden cracks, perform a ring test by suspending the wheel and lightly tapping it with a non-metallic tool.
