Spinach Powder (Spinacia Oleracea) is created by grinding dried spinach leaves. It is a fine, dull green powder with a mild spinach flavor. Spinach Powder is often used for adding color and flavor to many foods. Label comes in both Green and Blue. There are no differences in the contents.
