These are the current "stick" packs & not the former "square" packets. The pouch is sealed so you're truly shipping the product and no longer a larger box of air. * I recommend using less water for a stronger taste. The more water you add, the longer it will obviously take to drink. * This product is a great coffee replacement. The caffeine quantity is equal to about one (1) cup of coffee. * I recommend you take this on an empty stomach and NOT with food.
