Similarity:the same working speed and can work for most bar code.

M4 advantage: M4 can work for Data Matrix, Aztec directly, KR-230 need setting code.

M4 Disadvantages:M4 can't meet some special request, such as M4 can't add tab suffix, M4 can't work for ios etc

If you don't have these special request above, we suggest you buy M4.
